2022-2023 Referral Program

Phoenix Design Concepts prides itself on its detailed designs, attention to quality, and customer service.  We treat every customer as “one of the family” and believe that each and every relationship is vitally important to our company's success.  

Equally, we value input from our customers and would love to have the opportunity to work with those people who you have a strong relationship with. We know that they would enjoy the same relationship we have with you. 



Therefore, effective June 1, 2022, we are instituting a Customer Referral Program where customers can benefit from “spreading the excitement” that comes from wearing a COFFIELD Collection creation.  If a prospective customer is referred to us and in fact purchases from us, the referring customer will enjoy a credit on their account that will be applied to their next order.  The referral program has the following criteria: 



  1. We must be made aware at initial contact who has made the referral. 
  2. Referral credits will be calculated according to the following chart: 
    1. Total sales of the new customer between $1,500-$5,000 will create a credit in the referrer’s account equal to 7% of total sales. 
    2. Total sales of the new customer over $5,000 will create a credit in the referrer’s account equal to 10% of total sales.  
  3. The credit must be used within 12 months of each occurring new customer referred invoice.
